A Warwick weightlifter is hoping her success will be an inspiration to more young women to break into male dominated sports. Karenjeet Kaur Bains is now the All England Bench Press Champion in the Under 69kg Senior Women's class and she's the first Sikh woman to represent Team GB at world level. And she trains with her dad in a converted shed at their home. BBC CWR reporter Richard Williams went to meet her and see if he can build some muscle.
