Southampton's Bid to be City of Culture - preparing lunch

Southampton is bidding to be UK City of Culture 2025. Today the judging panel visit the city to see its highlights and why the title would help the city's deprived communities. These students from City College will cook their lunch, dishes they have never done before! With help from the City of Culture Trust chair, former Masterchef winner Shelina Permaloo who runs a Mauritian food kitchen in Bedford Place.
