Former Bournemouth player Sylvain Distin cycling for Ukraine

Sylvain Distin is a French former professional football player who played previously with the Cherries, Everton, Portsmouth and Man City. But in a few weeks time, he'll be taking to the roads on his bicycle in an epic challenge to raise money for the relief effort in Ukraine. Sylvain and a team of 12 will be cycling from near his home in Sandbanks in Poole to St Tropez - a total of 1300km in 10 days! He spoke to BBC Radio Solent's Lucy Ambache who serenaded him ahead of his challenge!
