Ben Phillips was swimming at Oswestry Leisure Centre when he suffered cardiac arrest. Phil Nixon and his colleagues at the centre carried out CPR and used the defibrillator there to revive him. We met Ben, Phil, and hospital consultant Chris Mowatt to tell the story.
