Tomorrow marks exactly two years since the start of the first national lockdown. It also marks two years since Joe Wicks got the nation bouncing round their living rooms, when he started his 'PE with Joe' sessions. He's just released his latest book 'Feel Good Food', and this Thursday, he's in Liverpool as part of his book tour.
