As post storm life returns to normal for most of us, Richard Harrieter, and his neighbours near East Grinstead, have been without power since Friday. UK POWER NETWORKS data show more than 900 households near Guildford, Chertsey, Egham and Epsom are still without power. Meanwhile, SSEN - the company for WEST Surrey & North-East Hampshire, say 88 postcode areas don't have power.
