Snowsport England create clear pathways to develop young snowsport enthusiasts into potential athletes that compete internationally. Many elite athletes started out be discovering a love of snowsports on a family holiday or by enjoying a first taster session on a dry ski slope. BBC Radio Solent reporter Laurence Herdman has been to meet talented freestyle snowboarders and skiiers as young as 7 at the Warmwell Snowsports Centre in west Dorset.
