Great British Menu: Liverpool Chef shows off cooking flair

The Great British Menu, on BBC 2, sees chef's from the different regions of the UK brought together to showcase the very best of their cooking skills - and compete for the title of Great British Menu winner. The past couple of nights have been the North West heat and have seen the Head Chef and creator of the much acclaimed Liverpool restaurant Lu Ban, Dave Critchley, taking part.
