Newly advertised rental properties on Portland in Dorset are currently attracting up to fifty applicants at a time. With demand soaring and stock levels failing to keep pace, tenants across Dorset are having to act fast to stand any chance of securing somewhere to live. And with that demand for lettings at its highest for several years, it means some tenants are facing the risk of having nowhere to live. BBC Radio Solent reporter Laurence Herman went to meet Lisa. The 37 year old student nurse is facing the risk of being made homeless after her landlady served notice three weeks ago.
