Welcoming people to Coventry has helped overcome my anxiety

For Coventry's year as City of Culture, the city has had volunteers carrying out roles welcoming tourists. The City Hosts wear sky blue uniforms, and they've been showing people around Coventry. For many, they're the first friendly faces people see when they arrive. More volunteers are needed, and a recruitment campaign is currently taking place. One of those who's already signed up is Candis Ibberson, and she's been telling BBC CWR's James Aldred about how the role has changed her life.
