For the last day of our special week looking at women and work, Sophie wanted to hear about an area of work for women that is constantly overlooked and undermined. The work of a Stay At Home mum. Lauren Midwinter from Witney gave up working in an office to look after her first son and now has three with her partner. She told us about how she sees her role - and about her hopes and dreams for the future.
