The World number one snooker player, Mark Selby, has revealed that he needs help and that a huge weight has been lifted by talking about it publicly. He follows in the footsteps of other high profile sports people, like Olympic gymnast Simone Biles and Tennis star Naomi Osaka, who've shared their mental struggles. Dr Gill Cook, is a lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University.
