They're the weightlifters from Portland who've been dubbed 'England's strongest brothers'. At six foot four and 24 stone, Shane Flowers is preparing to take on Britain's Strongest Man Competition next month - whilst training partner and older brother Mitch is hoping to win the England title later this year, having finished 4th last time. Steve Harris talks to both of them about their ambitions for this year.
