How to make the perfect chocolate bar

The Conversation

Available for over a year

What does it take to make a perfect chocolate bar - one that will snap when you break it? Treena Tecson knows the answer. She’s a professional chocolate taster and tree-to-bar chocolate maker from the Philippines. In 2017, Treena used her social media account to document the art and science of chocolate making. What started as a hobby soon turned into a small business - True Chocolate PH - and now Treena is also involved in cacao farming and post-harvest processing. Listen to Treena talking about all things chocolate with South African chocolatier Vicki Bain on The Conversation: https://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/w3ct1p9n Produced by Emily Naylor and Alice Gioia (Image: Melted chocolate, credit Getty)
