Charity struggling to meet Christmas demand

Lee Blakeman

Available for over a year

There's been a sharp rise in the number of Staffordshire families in need of support this Christmas. That's according to the family support manager at Alice Charity in Newcastle. The charity has been collecting toys and festive food for families in need across Staffordshire for years, but this year has sadly seen a rise in need and drop in the number of donations. Helen Moss has been speaking to Lee Blakeman at Breakfast as part of BBC Radio Stoke's Make a Difference at Christmas.
