If you're lucky enough to live in Warrington, you'll probably remember how last Christmas Day was brightened by the sight of a real life Mrs Santa Claus running through the streets of the town. Well, Tracy Halligan is getting ready to do it all over again in a couple of weeks. Tinsel Tracy herself explains how it started.
