Milton Keynes attempts to become a city for the fourth time

Milton Keynes has also formerly bid to become a city for the fourth time in its history. The application is being sent to Westminster in one of the Starship delivery robots. Labour leader of Milton Keynes Council Councillor Pete Marland spoke to Roberto about why this attempt will be different.
