A barbers in Stoke-on-Trent has offered free haircuts to homeless people ahead of Christmas. Staff at Chax Barbers in Cobridge gave up their time to help Make a Difference. They wanted the men and women to feel good about themselves. John Acres at Breakfast went to meet the team and those having makeovers.
