Strawberry Line cycle path expansion

Available for over a year

A new section of the Strawberry Line has been opened to the public for the first time. The nearly 600 metres of shared-use path stretches from near Wells along the existing Dulcote path to reach the village. It was a jointly funded project, including from Mendip District Council and it's opened eventually the whole stretch of the old circular railway route will be open. BBC Radio Somerset's Dan Ayers meet Richard Jones from the Strawberry Line East Campaign Group on the new path.
