Now, the Herefordshire woman who was at the very heart of the rollout has been telling BBC Hereford & Worcester about the 4 million pound gambles she took when ordering the jab, and what she thinks the government could have done better. Dame Kate Bingham has been talking to our reporter Nicola Goodwin about those vital decisions she made last year.
