Women 2 Women Radio talk Cervical Screening

Belongings

Available for over a year

We hear about the importance of cervical screening from a group of women who have been working with Future Female Society on their Woman 2 Woman Radio project. FFS have been working in Ipswich for 4.5 years on a mission to raise female aspiration and their Woman 2 Woman radio project has helped women from all nationalities to build confidence and create connections. Following the receipt of funding from Public Health England via Suffolk Community Foundation the project used this term to focus on creating a piece of radio about cervical screening and how it can save women's lives. This ties in with a national campaign to try to increase the uptake of smear tests. Women involved in the project: Natia Bregadze Tatjana Viitfeldt, Contributors: Viktoria Tavares, Eylül Sözbiici, Monika Pulchala.
