Carnival clubs have unveiled the design for their cart and plans for the dance parade that’ll follow it. The cart will feature moving Beefeaters and carriage wheels. Chris Hocking, from Bridgwater Carnival Committee, tells Matt Faulkner about the ‘Happy and Glorious’ theme.
