You know when you go away, there's always that one thing you miss from home. That's even true for Olympic medallists, including Loughborough based Holly Bradshaw. She won a bronze in the pole vault in the Tokyo Olympics, and her favourite coffee shop in Loughborough decided to show their support, by making her a bronze medal cookie.
