She has been having a frank and grown up conversation about her experience with cancer and the menopause with BBC Radio Somerset's Ruth Bradley. This clip does include some adult topics, in case you have young children listening with you. Tracey's been supported by We Hear You, a charity based in Frome, which provides emotional support to people across Somerset and Bath and North East Somerset affected by cancer and other life threatening conditions.
