Kalley and Victoria

Victoria gave birth to her daughter in July 2020, while Kalley had her first daughter, Annie five weeks premature last November. Despite the challenges of going to appointments alone, and the early days of becoming a parent, they both believe it was nice to be alone as a family too. Like other lockdown mums. both Victoria and Kalley have missed out on baby groups they were looking forward to and struggled with their mental health, especially during the winter. Both admit they're now struggling coming out of lockdown and with coping with life now they're parents, and navigating old friendships.
