Godminster Farm’s animal welfare measures have helped it to win the title ‘Best of Organic Farms Over 10 Hectares’ at the Best Of Organic Markets Awards. It’s taking part in a Healthy Heifer’ trial, using wi-fi enabled ear tags to monitor its cows. Farm manager Pete Cheek tells Emily Brown how it works.
