Leicestershire's police and crime commissioner says comments he made about Black Lives Matter have been misinterpreted. Earlier this month Rupert Matthews published an article about his first few days in office. It said he wanted his office and staff to have no contact with Black Lives Matter. He told Aminata Kamara his words were taken out of context.
