The Olympics will shortly get underway in Tokyo. But there is one athlete who has already made history before she even flies out to Japan. Alice Dearing is the first black swimmer to represent the UK at an Olympic Games. Andy Pierce has been talking to the Loughborough based swimmer about how to improve representation in sport.
