Ruel Fox is a much celebrated Ipswich legend. Born in Whitton, and dedicated to the local team there, he has played for Norwich, Newcastle where he was called up for England, then went to play for Spurs, As part of a new country wide Photo Project BLACK SUFFOLK, to be exhibited on the Corn Hill from 31st July, Communities Producer Cad Taylor, went up to Whitton to catch up with Ruel, to hear all about his football journey, heritage and his passion for progress and change.
