The building on Cavendish Road is artist Ali Carpenter-Hughes' home and it now covered in rainbow-coloured textiles, flowers and recycled materials. It's part of a huge art festival called Up Your Street - which brings art back to the community. She spoke to BBC Radio Leicester’s Rupal Rajani.
