Horse care sessions: a new safe space for adults with mental health conditions

Two sisters from Anstey have set up a free adult horse care group for those struggling with their mental health. Natalie and Lauren have worked with horses for years, and are hoping to bring adults with anxiety, depression and other health conditions together, through caring for horses.
