Sam Astley from Sedgley had tickets to go the England semi-final but turned them down because he was called up to donate stem cells and bone marrow . His girlfriend Beth Hill couldn't even go without him because she ended up having to isolate. Now celebrities including Gary Lineker are raising awareness of Sam's selfless deed and asking authorities like the FA to step in and give Sam tickets to the final on Sunday.
