The former Wolves and Republic of Ireland winger Mark Kennedy has made a good impression over his first few days on the Birmingham City coaching staff. He's joined Lee Bowyer and the team at Blues' pre-season camp in Scotland, and there he told BBC Radio WM that his coaching methods were shaped by a spell under Pep Guardiola.
