E-scooter trial in Birmingham

If you've been to Birmingham over the last few months you've probably seen more and more of these electronic scooters about. The e-scooter trial is being run to get more people out of cars and move around the cities easily but since the trial started there have been some real problems - mostly on how safely people are using them, and how they're being parked dangerously in random parts of town. West Midlands Police are currently through part of a month long crackdown on illegal riding - and have told the BBC that 21 people have been reported to VOI - who operate the e-scooters.
