Daniel Kawczynski MP responds to bullying report

A Commons investigation found the Conservative MP was "rude, aggressive and impatient" in his dealings with House officials. Mr Kawczynski says he's apologising to the Commons because he's been told to and doesn't want to risk being thrown out, but that he disagrees with the finding against him.
