A long established tradesman has told BBC Radio Solent's Dorset Breakfast Show how sausage sales broke all previous records over the bank holiday weekend. Dennis Spurr owns the Fantastic Sausage Factory in St Mary Street, Weymouth. He's been in the trade for over two decades and told Steve Harris how his team coped with the surge in demand with many people lighting up BBQ's on the warmest day of the year so far.
