Leicester City Council's director of public health says the city isn't getting 'surge testing' as announced yesterday but 'targeted testing' which means we will get extra testing sites and extra vaccines for those aged over 35. The city council is stressing that cases of the Indian variant remain relatively low in the city. BBC Radio Leicester's Jimmy Carpenter spoke to Professor Ivan Browne.
