James, Rachel, Ben and Duke Al worked together to create this song which is raising money for Mind in Somerset Ben has suffered with PTSD since being clinically dead for 13 minutes when he collapsed after cardiac arrest. James and Duke Al also open up about their struggles with mental health and how they're hoping the single helps people like them. They spoke to Charlie Taylor on Wellbeing Wednesday on Connected.
