A Loughborough College student chef who was branded unteachable whilst at school has reached the final of a national culinary competition. Brannon Underwood from Ravenstone was excluded nine times in one month... But now is flourishing at college studying Culinary Skills - and he is one of the 12 finalists in the prestigious Zest Quest Asia Tilda challenge. BBC Radio Leicester's Summaya Mughal caught up with Brannon to find out more.
