Make a Difference Hero: City of London

To mark 1 year since the first lockdown, we have asked all London councils to nominate a Make a Difference hero - someone who has gone above and beyond to help the local community in this difficult time. Our first hero has been nominated the City of London, Carol Boswarthack, Head of Barbican and Community Libraries.
