Steve Harris

Available for over a year

After nine weeks of remote learning for many school pupils, today all children begin to return to the classroom after the latest lockdown. This the first stage of the Prime Minister's road map to normality, together with changes to care home visits and that you can now go for that "coffee on a bench" with a friend. BBC Radio Solent's Dorset reporter, Laurence Herdman, spent the morning at the Gryphon School in Sherborne, speaking to pupils and teachers. He spoke to the head, Nicki Edwards, as well as assistant head Jim Gower who's showed him around the school Covid testing set-up in the school's sport's hall.
