Middle-distance runner Sarah McDonald was out running in Birmingham when she was assaulted by the canal. The 27-year-old posted about the experience on social media and has been met by an overwhelming response. She's reported the incident to the police. Our reporter Sam Harper caught up with Sarah and her training partner Hayley Carruthers to talk about the challenges of training out and about during the pandemic.
