Why do Covid-19 cases remain high in Leicester?

Breakfast on BBC Radio Leicester

Available for over a year

For the past few weeks, Leicester has had some of the highest rates of Covid infections in the country. And since the start of the pandemic last spring, rates have barely dropped below the national average. Leicester currently sits third in the national table, after being overtaken by North West Leicestershire. So what can be done and why can't the city get things under control? Rob Howard is part of the public health team at Leicester City Council - he's spoke to BBC Radio Leicester's Jimmy Carpenter.
