We're expecting announcements at midday from the City of Culture team about what may be in store for us in the Summer and Autumn. It's been a long journey to get here, the city officially throwing its hat into the ring back in 2015 with a message of "if Hull can do it, so can we!" One person who has been part of that journey has been Chief Executive of Coventry City Council Martin Reeves, Phil caught up with him.
