A 3-2 win in the FA Cup Fifth round against Leeds United, in front of 16,000 fans at Layer Road. This was a massive shock, and to this day still one of the biggest in the history of the FA Cup. Leeds were a high flying Premier League side, and a force in Europe, with the likes of Jack Charlton and Norman Hunter - who were part of the 1966 World Cup winning England squad. Meanwhile, Colchester United were in the fourth tier. Ray Crawford, scored twice in that game for the U's and can't believe it's fifty years ago.
