We know the NHS is under greater pressure than ever before. In fact across the UK, there's an extra 50,000 staff working for the NHS compared to a year ago. Staff have been encouraged back out of retirement, medical students have been recruited on to wards, and even the army has come in to help out: BBC Radio Leicester's Ady Dayman spoke to Lance Corporal Mike England and Private Jack Parker-Allen who're now working in Leicester's Hospitals.
