Housebound elderly "neglected" in vaccine rollout

A home care provider in Surrey claims housebound elderly people are being neglected in the vaccine rollout. CHD Living says thousands are unable to travel to vaccination centres or are worried about infection. County Council leader Tim Oliver insists everyone will be offered the jab, Emma Mills, a manager of CHD in Surrey Heath, spoke to Lesley McCabe on BBC Radio Surrey.
