Colin Richardson was a student at the Lanchester Polytechnic in Coventry he also used to book up and coming artists to perform gigs at the former Coventry University student festivals. Many of the artists went on to have global success including Monty Python, made up of John Cleese, Michael Palin, Graham Chapman, Terry Jones, Eric Idle. Ronnie Scott, the Rolling Stones and Elton John who he kicks off these memories with.
