Steve Harris

Available for over a year

A group of Dorset toy shops is facing an unprecedented shortage of products in the lead-up to Christmas. The coronavirus pandemic and the end of the Brexit transition period has created delays at UK ports including Southampton. Some orders have been held up in containers behind a backlog of PPE and other shipments. Toymaster is a buying group for independently-owned toy stores. BBC Radio Solent reporter Laurence Herdman met John Bentley, Area Manager for branches in Weymouth, Dorchester, Bournemouth, Bridport and Paignton.
