South Yorkshire Mayor: "Businesses will face the toughest of winters"

MP Dan Jarvis says businesses deserve more support from the government, amidst concerns about the impact of new "Tier 2" restrictions. Under South Yorkshire's restrictions, people from different households won't be able to meet indoors. Some in the hospitality industry say this will be disastrous from them.
